Halperin is a qualified CPA with degrees in Industrial Engineering and Management (Tel Aviv University). He is a highly experienced and esteemed computer and IT expert. Mr Halperin established the company in 1992 and has served as its CEO ever since. Previously Mr.Halperin was a founding partner of Kesselman Management Services (today: PWC), together with the Kesselman & Keesselman accounting firm, running the company as a manager partner for 9 years.
Mr. Halperin has a B.A in Business Administration majored in finance and LL.B from the IDC Herzliya, MBA from Tel Aviv and Northwestern university (Kellogg-Recanati Executive program), and membership at the Israeli Chamber of Information System Analysts. He is a board member and the head of company’s Business Development, corporate strategy and core banking program. Mr. Halperin served in the IDF as a naval gunship captain and was the head of commanders training program at the naval command college.
David is an accountant (CPA) with a BA in Accounting and Economics and an MBA in Business Administration. David is a member of the company’s management team and has over 20 years of experience advising banks and financial institutions. David is a senior consultant and manager of cross-organizational projects with expertise in core banking systems as well as financial risk management. As Head of Core Banking solutions, David is responsible for the marketing and delivery of complex and multi-disciplinary projects in Banks and other financial institutions.
Mr. Dagan has a BA in accounting and economics, from Tel Aviv University. He is part of the company’s management team and has vast experienes in project management (over 20 years of experience) in a wide range of topics, including credit modules, banking systems (ledgers, auditing, impaired debts and risk managment systems, consolidation of inter-bank IT systems and more) and ERP financial systems (SAP and Oracle).
Ms. Kuba is a member of the management team and has extensive consulting and project management experience in state-of-art IT management systems, including those connected to budgetary, performances management and more.

Mr. Radin has a BA in Accounting and Computer Sciences and MBA from Tel Aviv University, specializing in Financing and Technology Management. Mr. Radin is a member of the company’s management team and is in charge of the company’s commercial systems and derivatives management section. He recently managed one of the most complex projects in Israel in migration of integrative systems for trade and derivatives management for a leading bank, providing combined Front Office, Back Office and Middle Office solutions.

Eran is a senior consultant and project manager with vast experience in implementation of complex projects in data quality and systems migration in Israel. This experience includes among others projects in migration of banking systems and in data quality for insurance and capital market companies using dedicated system (RAS) designed for this issues based on an advanced business

Gili has established the PMO Course (with John Brice) and the Israeli PPM forum with People & Computers.
Gili works with customers in high level consulting and lectures both in Israel and in international conventions.
Gili has an MBA with distinction from Colman College and B.Sc in Industrial Engineering with distinction from Ben-Gurion University.
Yael has an extensive and rich experience in the risk management area, specializing in IT and IT-projects risks. Among other responsibilities, Yael serves as the operational risks manager of several funds and also consults in costing projects.
Over 13 years of experience in consulting in the fields of financial risk management and risk management systems in financial institutions, projects and corporates. Holds a BA in economics and an MSc in finance management. Performed various project in most of the Israeli banks, insurance companies, other financial institutions, government bodies and regulators. Outsources as Chief Risk Officer for several savings funds.
